The invention relates to the production of lightweight composite materials based on a foamable polymer mixture and can be used for thermal insulation of cold insulating devices and foam-filled enclosing stationary devices.

A method for layerwise application of an acetone formaldehyde composition, foaming and curing in a cavity of a structure is known.

The method makes it possible to reduce the daily energy consumption for efficient operation of the refrigerator, which is achieved by creating a waterproof shield in the body of thermal insulation in the freezing compartment, which prevents water from draining.

However, acetone-formaldehyde compositions can not be used in cases where the enclosing walls are made of aluminum and galvanized iron. The alkaline resin curing catalyst interacts with the metal to liberate free hydrogen, and stratification occurs, which disrupts the monolithic nature of the structure and, as a result, the thermal and thermal characteristics are reduced. To eliminate this, additional measures are required, which increases the cost of products and works.

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of cold-insulating devices and the strength of adhesion of acetone-formaldehyde thermal insulation to the fence walls.
